A friend is pregnant at 46

A friend of mine has a friend that is pregnant at 46. She and her husband have been TTC [trying to conceive] #1 for 10 years. She has had 15 miscarriages and one terminated pregnancy due to Down's syndrome. Her current pregnancy’s genetic testing came out good.

My friend said that it was a natural pregnancy. She said that her friend many years ago had done all fertility drugs and stopped.
