Of course ruptured membranes means you will most likely loose the pregnancy or if pregnancy survives baby will not due to undeveloped lungs from too much pressure due to low fluid.
I had severe low fluid the entire pregnancy. At 23 weeks until 35 weeks when he was born I was hospitalised and managed. He was born at 35.1 weeks by elective c-section - perfectly healthy.
