My older sister is 45 year old, peri-menopausal and is due with her first child (conceived naturally) in April. She did not chart, use OPKs [ovulation predictor kit], or do anything other than go off the Pill. It can happen.~~~@~~~@~~~@~~~@~~~@~~~@~~~@~~~@~~~@~~~
