I have twin sisters who are 45 tomorrow. One gave birth 15 months ago without any problems conceiving whatsoever (came off coil, first time had unprotected sex and got pregnant). Her twin has had 8 IVF [in vitro fertilization] cycles (one cancelled), and she gave birth 5 years ago and just 6 weeks ago, both IVF. She understands about the age thing and IVF.
