I was just put in touch with a friend of a friend, who got pregnant naturally on her 44th birthday. She had been through such a long and harrowing time TTC [trying to conceive] that she had all but got divorced because of it. She stopped all ART [Assisted Reproductive Technologies], and got pregnant 7 weeks later. She is now half way into her pregnancy, and carrying a healthy baby.
