Grandmother birthed at 54

I laugh when people say older women "don't have the energy" it takes to raise a child. But I come from a long line of women who birthed late (54 for one grandmother) and live dynamic lives.

I also go to the gym 5 days a week and have the 60 and ups kicking my butt in aerobics, Pilates and weight-lifting. At 42 when I groan getting up and down from the floor they tell me "Listen little girl, you are way too young to be making those noises."
