Pregnant with twins at 44

I guess what I would want to know, were I in your shoes, is can you be more specific?

In other words, what are the chances of birth at, say, 30 weeks or earlier?

As one who was pregnant with twins at 44 (and despite APAs [antiphospholipid antibodies] and NK cell [Natural killer cells] problems, still delivered at term, thankfully), I know I had these milestones I checked off.
