I just found out I’m 6 weeks pregnant at age 46 1/2 with my 13th!! My youngest two were born when I was 41 (Katie) and 44 (Joshua) perfect and precious in every way.

I hope I’m as lucky this time round. My eldest daughter Hannah is due 2 days before me! She told her son, Grandma's having a baby too!! Cross your fingers and keep me in your prayers.

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost that precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted that there will be no more babies in our house.

    Hi Catherine,
I read your post and wanted to know how you made out.
I am also 46 years old and 7 months pregnant. Did you have any complications? Did you do any prenatal screening and if so how were the results?
    Blessings to you,

    Thank you,
    Gail
