I'm 47, I was told I would never be able to get pregnant, nor should I even try because of my age and being type 2 diabetic. But guess what, my prayers were answered, to the absolute surprise to everyone.
But I am loving it, doctor tells me all is well, and I feel as if I have been given the most wonderful gift of my life by the Lord. I feel so blessed.

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost that precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted that there will be no more babies in our house.

Hi 47 prayers answered... and blessings to you. I don't know how old this post is but I am 47 and frankly worried about being pregnant with my boyfriend whom I love very dearly. We found each other after 32 years after being in junior high school together. We've been together since March '09. I am a BC survivor, estrogen dependent.. and I'm shaking in my boots! I havent ruled out with a pregnancy test as I am scared poopless! Any encouragements? advice? anyone? anyone?
