An Analysis of Birth Rate and the Fertility Rate of Women at Childbearing Ages:
In the year 2000, there were a total of 307,200 newborns in our country... There were 38 biological mothers over 50 years old. When compared to the figures of the preceding year, the biological mothers over 45 years old increased by 20.16% -- the biggest increment.
