Miriam Belov - Shares her thought regarding wellness and relaxation at home and work, as well a her joy of giving her first birth at 51 to Madaline

Miriam says: As you might have figured out, I am now in my 50's. After being very concentrated on my calling, I found myself pregnant for the first time at 51. Needless to say, my husband and I were elated. After a blessedly uneventful pregnancy, I gave birth to a daughter.

I sincerely believe that I was able to carry so easily because I used my own relaxation techniques, and have a healthy body due to years of exercise, yoga, tai chi and right eating.

Indeed, during the pregnancy I spent a great of time in meditation and relaxation. I feel that the 9 months of gestation are crucial for the developing fetus, and affect the rest of her life.

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost that precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted that there will be no more babies in our house.
