I found out I was pregnant at 44

I found out I was pregnant the day after my 44th birthday. I have opted for no tests. I have one fallopian tube, and miscarried 3 years ago at 17 weeks. I have 5 children (ages 21 to 8 years), and thought my ability to get pregnant was over. I was shocked indifferent!

I am now 15 weeks! Still praying! So far so good. My faith is holding out that all is well. Knowing all is well with your baby, gives me hope!

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost that precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted that there will be no more babies in our house.
