I will be 45 in November and am 16 weeks pregnant with my 5th child (totally not planned, but am happy about it now) I have a 23, 21, 15 and 8 year old!! We were not planning on having any more children, but ooops!

I am not planning on having an amnio either. My husband is 7 years younger than I am. I had my 1st two kids from a previous marriage. I am feeling great and can't wait to feel the baby's first movements. I am thinking in the next few weeks that will happen. - Robin

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost that precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted that there will be no more babies in our house.
