I know two women who had a baby at an older age.

One women, who I'll call Lilly had a baby at the age of 56.

She looks like a 35 year old, and her daughter turn out just fine.

No mental problems, and the mother took no drugs.

It was all natural.

Another women which I'll call Starr has a 6 year old healthy daughter, and she was in her forties when she had her.

I plan to have a baby when I'm 35.

Babies have less problems when we have them at an older age.

Another woman which I will call Classy Lady has a 6 year old daughter.

She, too was in her late forties. The girl is as smart as a whip.

She, like all the other stories that I tell you, is doing real well in school.

They're living normal lives.

Catherine

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost that precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted that there will be no more babies in our house.
