Cheryl Lindsey-Seelhoff had last baby at 46

Cheryl Lindsey-Seelhoff of Gentle Spirit magazine fame, [All things home, all things natural, all things neighborly - a monthly magazine for homeschoolers, homesteaders, and other neighborly folks] had her youngest when she was 46 years old.

Both her husband, Rick, and Cheryl are almost 50 years old. Cheryl is mom to eleven children, including Magdalene, 14 months, and Solomon, 4 years old.

She is also stepmother to four, grandmother to nine, and she have lots to say about mothering, grandmothering, homeschooling, and parenting.

Seven of her children, one year old through 16, are still at home all of the time, and all are unschooled.

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost that precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted that there will be no more babies in our house.
